FOR PEOPLE WHO’VE TRIED EVERYTHING

You don’t have a hundred problems. You have one pattern.

The burnout, the overthinking, the same fight in every relationship — different smoke, one fire. You’re not broken. You’re patterned. Once the pattern has a name, you can finally choose around it. Find the door that sounds like your life.

02 / THE WHOLE IDEA

You can’t read the label from inside the jar.

The thing you keep fighting is rarely the real thing. It’s smoke. There’s a fire underneath feeding it, and you can’t see it because you’re standing inside it. That’s not a flaw in you. It’s just how a pattern works.

SMOKE VS. FIRE

Chase the fire, not the smoke. The visible problem is almost never the root. Name what’s actually feeding it.

SUBTRACTION

You were never missing something. You were carrying too much. Healing is removal, not one more thing on the pile.

THE WITNESS

“I am anxious” is a cage. “I notice anxiety is here” is a door. The gap between them is where choice lives.

03 / THE WITNESS PATH

See it. Release it. Choose.

One process, run on whatever life hands you. No routine to keep, no identity to become. The trigger is the rep — there’s nothing to practice until the pattern fires.

01
Descend

Drop under the surface event to the pattern actually driving it.

02
Witness

Watch the reaction instead of being it. Seeing is a verb, not an identity.

03
Release

The part most work skips. The charge lives in the body. Not suppress, not explode — the third door: let it move through and ride the wave down.

04
Choose

In the gap, you respond instead of react. That’s the whole freedom.

Insight alone won’t do it. You can understand a pattern perfectly and still get hijacked, because it lives in the body, not just the head. And catching it late still counts. There’s no failure here — only caught, and not yet caught.

04 / NO GURU HERE

I’m not a guru. I’m a guy who reads people for a living.

I didn’t get this from a textbook. I built it out of my own losses — grief, a home that wasn’t safe, a wreck at 21 that nearly ended it. Death turned out to be my clearest teacher. It taught me presence, and that life is asking something of you now, not someday.

I spent years chasing my own tail, stacking tool on top of tool, before I understood the work was subtraction and the door was presence. I found it the hard way, mostly alone. I’d just rather you didn’t have to.

WHAT I’M NOT

A therapist, a doctor, or a diagnosis.

A guru with a mountain and all the answers.

Someone who’ll call you broken and sell you the fix.

Good at one thing: seeing the pattern accurately, and saying it plain.

05 / KIND WORDS
NAMES AS CLIENTS SHARED THEM

People don’t remember the session. They remember being seen.

“COMPASSIONATE,
SAFE, SURROUNDED
BY INTEGRITY.”

“When I first met Chris, I saw a young, brash guy full of LA fuel. Then he started speaking, and I understood his heart. Over a year and thousands of conversations later, I know who he is. He’s been guided to be of service — not like those big-toothed guys who promise you success as long as you buy their stuff. He’s the one you want on the other end of the phone: someone who actually listens and guides you through your troubles, triggers and mental blocks.”

— SOARING BEAR

“Chris’s tools helped me rebuild my life from the ground up. Now I’m excited about life, making three times my old salary, and on the Dean’s list finishing my bachelor’s degree.”

— MICHELLE B.

“Chris saved my marriage. My husband was hiding a prescription drug habit and had started withdrawal before I even knew what he was going through. With his support, we made it through.”

— AMANDA

“Chris showed me I don’t have to be defined by my pain. I can’t thank him enough.”

— ALI H.

“I got a second chance at life. Chris helped me fight my addiction to pain pills, stood by me without judgement, and gave me the accountability to regain control — and a real friend.”
